I've spent over twelve years administering Proxmox infrastructure across very different contexts, from telecom operators to fast-moving startups. Each role sharpened how I read a business need and how quickly I can frame the right solution beneath it. LenoIT was born from a simple observation: most French SMEs, agencies and public bodies don't need a hyperscaler or a sprawling IT team. They need a trusted operator who handles the day-to-day while leaving them the strategic decisions.

What I do daily: managed Proxmox VE for clusters from a few nodes up to dozens, helping clients exit VMware in the post-Broadcom landscape, and designing tested backup strategies with Proxmox Backup Server. I also lead migrations to sovereign hosted services like Infomaniak (mail, kDrive, kSuite, web hosting), for clients who want to leave Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace without falling into another hyperscaler.

My take

There's no opposition between self-hosting and cloud. There's a middle ground, and it's exactly what LenoIT stands for. Managed Proxmox VE covers the infrastructure layer when you need to keep virtualization and business data on dedicated hardware, hosted in France or on your own premises. Infomaniak covers the productivity layer (mail, drive, calendars, web hosting) when running these bricks in-house adds nothing to your core business but you still want to stay within a European, GDPR-compliant, Cloud-Act-free framework.

Most organizations win by combining the two: managed Proxmox for what needs to stay sovereign and tailored, Infomaniak for the shared productivity stack. That's the compromise that avoids both dependence on big tech and the operational load of a fully self-hosted IT.

What I do concretely

  • Managed Proxmox VE: deployment, 24/7 monitoring, tested updates, hands-on support. Authorized Proxmox reseller.
  • Backup strategy: Proxmox Backup Server, off-site copies, restore drills, NIS2 compliance.
  • Migrations from VMware, Hyper-V or public cloud to Proxmox, with documented mission feedback.
  • Migration to Infomaniak (mail, kDrive, websites), as an Infomaniak partner.
  • ITSM consulting around GLPI, integrated with Proxmox and with the Infomaniak ecosystem.

Based in Vannes, Brittany, I work primarily across western France (Brittany, Pays de la Loire, Normandy), and remotely across France.
