Many organisations have already chosen a European, sovereign office suite with Infomaniak. What they lack is not the tool, it is someone accountable for it day to day. That is our role: LenoIT is your manager and guarantor for your email, your kDrive and your kSuite. You keep a single point of contact in France, we handle the relationship with Infomaniak.

In practice, we take care of account and licence management, user support (levels 1 and 2), service monitoring, email configuration (domains, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), kDrive permissions and shares, and the GDPR and NIS2 compliance of your shares and access.

As an Infomaniak partner, we already manage the environments of 12 organisations: SMEs, agencies and public bodies across western France. You join a maintained fleet, not a one-off setup abandoned after cutover.

What we manage for you

• Infomaniak Mail: mailbox creation and management, aliases, lists, signatures, client and mobile configuration, deliverability.
• kDrive: folder structure, permissions and shares, workstation sync, GDPR compliance of external links.
• kSuite: collaborative office suite (kDrive, kChat, kMeet, shared calendars, OnlyOffice), change management.
• Web hosting: sites and apps hosted at Infomaniak, DNS, certificates, updates.
• Swiss Backup: encrypted off-site backup, retention plans matched to your obligations.

Why Infomaniak

Infomaniak is an independent Swiss host founded in 1994 in Geneva. Its data centers are in Switzerland, powered 100% by renewable energy, and its operations stay beyond the reach of the US Cloud Act. For an SME, a public body, a firm or a healthcare organisation that wants to host its email and documents in a GDPR-compliant and sustainable setting, it is one of the most credible alternatives to the Big Tech providers.

Onboarding

Coming from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange, OVH or another provider? The switch is transparent for your users: we recover all emails, contacts, calendars and documents, cut over the DNS at the right time, and nobody loses a message. The sensitive part is never technical, it is coordination: cutover window, shared accounts, redirections, short team training.

Indicative timeline: ½ to 2 days per scope (mail, kDrive, web) depending on volume. Recovery is verified before any shutdown of the old service.

Pricing

Onboarding is billed on a time basis, at a daily rate of 750 € excl. VAT, or as a fixed price for a well-scoped project. Day-to-day management is then a monthly retainer, sized to the number of users and the scope. Infomaniak service fees (mail, kDrive, kSuite, hosting) remain billed directly between you and Infomaniak.
